Cromer Town Council is responsible for the maintenance of 241 street lights in Cromer and Suffield Park. Other street lights in the town are the responsibility of Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council. However, all faults can be reported to the Town Council who will either deal or report the fault to the appropriate authority.
If you wish to report a faulty street light, please send an email to deputy@cromer-tc.gov.uk providing details of the fault and the location of the street light. Please include the address of the nearest property and the number on the street light column.
If it is a simple fault, our contractor will endeavour to resolve the issue within 7 working days. If the fault is due to a supply problem, then it is passed to the energy company and can take considerably longer to be resolved.
